MCC System Module Setup
Next, click System Module, under Project Resources. The system module window will appear.
Select the HFINTOSC option from the Oscillator Select drop-down menu.
The HF Internal clock value is 4_MHz and the Clock Divider is 4, which should be the default values.
Make sure the Low-voltage Programming Enable mode is selected at the bottom of the System Module. By default, it should already be selected.
