Buck/Boost Converter PICtail™ Plus Daughter Board

The Buck/Boost Converter PICtail™ Plus Daughter Board, see figure below, will be used throughout the entire class. It is a plug-in board either for the Explorer 16 or the 28 pin Starter Demo board. The Buck/Boost board offers the following features:

• Digital control-loop performance of power conversion
• Dynamic load performance
• Multi-phase buck and synchronous buck converter
• Parallel operation of two buck converters
